中慧的企業文化不夠凝練，和山東齊魯文化的淵源比起來過于直白，和文圣孔子和亞圣孟子的山東出身也不太相符，需要更多體現中國傳統文化的底蘊。

實際上中慧一直不太注重這些他們認為是屬于包裝的東西，其實文化是有層次的，建設企業文化和建設企業一樣，都需要高起點。

我相信亞太中慧未來的企業文化建設會更凝練更完美！

小企業和集團化企業理念是不一樣,但有一點是相通的,那就是靠利潤生存.如果你自己是企業的老板并且自己管理企業,那么這里面的有些東西就很清楚.基本的模式在當前的國家制度監管程度來說,也不外乎:都是借用社會資金去求生存和發展,企業產生后用國家資金讓企業自己去操作,利潤的真實的產生程度是多少就由企業管理者自己去定,象六和和中慧集團這樣的規模企業里總經理就是決定利潤產生多少主要執行者.上下一團和氣,股東也高興員工也高興的事情就是他們去肩負的主要職責.不管你實際產品產生實際利潤是多少,總經理都能讓上下都高興起來,這就是實際的操作,到頭來國家資金去再填充運轉.

亞太中慧有個同學，不過山東的飼料企業很多啊，還有好多肉品一條龍，我覺得企業之間的正當競爭會使得企業都快速、良性發展。
